FAQ

Will my poster be framed?

No. We don't offer framing. Please note that the prints are 50cm by 70cm and fit into standard frames you can find at Ikea or elsewhere.

Do you have a shop in Bali?

Apologies, we are a pure online business and do not have a physical presence.

What about shipping?

Shipping is free worldwide. 

Posters ships from one of our fulfilment centers in Europe, the US and Australia in a padded cardboard tube.

In most cases it takes around 3 weeks for your print to arrive, however, please kindly understand that shipping durations may vary depending on your location and other circumstances. Express shipping is not available.

What about customs?

Also, please note that international shipping to your country may carry import taxes that have to be paid by the buyer.

What kind of paper do you use?

Do you have gift vouchers?

Yes, please get in contact with us on social media or via the contact form to inquire on how to get a gift voucher.

Do you allow returns?

We print on-demand which means that when you order, your print gets printed instead of being picked from stock. Your order goes directly to our print and fulfilment partner who prints, checks the print for quality and sends it to you. The shipping process takes around 10-20 days. 

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 2 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

If you notice an issue on the print or anything else, please contact us via the form on this website or via social media. If a return or exchange is granted, orders can be sent to the return address on the package.

Reasons for returns

Wrong Address: If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you. 

Unclaimed: Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to us and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment. 

Returned by Customer: Please contact us via the contact form or on social media before returning any products. We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse, and size exchanges are to be offered on a case-by-case basis.

Why is shipping not faster?

In today's fast paced online shopping world, you might be used to fast shipping and free returns of large corporate online platforms.

How are they able to provide this fast paced service? They focus on standardised mass-produced products that appeal to a broad global audience and they can afford large inventory of pre-produced goods. 

We offer a product that aspires to be highly relevant to only a small niche audience and we do not have the financial power to hold large inventory.

That is why we are operating in a print-on-demand model.

What does that mean? It means when you order from us, rather than picking up the ready-made print from our inventory, our fulfilment partner directly prints your order and ships it. It means that fulfilment and shipping typically takes a bit longer compared to when you order from the big corporate giants. 

We hope it's worth the wait because this business model allows small businesses like ours to serve our niche audience.
